Managed OpenStack
VM2Cloud runs production OpenStack clusters as a fully managed service. You get the OpenStack API and console; we run the control plane, the physical fabric, and day-2 operations.

Shared-responsibility model
Section titled “Shared-responsibility model”VM2Cloud is responsible for the availability and security of the cloud — the hardware, the OpenStack services, and the storage backend. You are responsible for security in the cloud — your workloads, OS patching inside your instances, network policy (security groups), and your data.
Core services
Section titled “Core services”- Compute (Nova) — VMs across CPU, memory, and GPU flavors.
- Networking (Neutron) — tenant networks, routers, floating IPs, load balancers.
- Identity (Keystone) — projects, users, roles, application credentials.
- Images (Glance) — curated base images plus your own uploads.
- Block storage (Cinder) — Ceph-backed persistent volumes.
Enterprise SLAs
Section titled “Enterprise SLAs”VM2Cloud provides enterprise availability SLAs with 24×7 support and named technical contacts for production tenancies. Region locations and data-residency terms are agreed per tenancy — contact your account team for the SLA schedule that applies to your plan.
